Our offices endeavors to contact the lead to ensure that the lead is qualified.

If qualified, next, we package and mail your customized information package to the lead and forward the verified, qualified exclusive lead's information to you.

Are the leads exclusive?

Absolutely, yes. As long as you are current with billing, you actually own the leads generated. They are not shared with anyone else. As a firm rule, any lead generated through our campaign(s) is intended for use only by the contractor that works directly with our company to generate it. The leads are not to be sold, resold, rented, traded or shared in any way. To do so would compromise the integrity of our program and would result in immediate dismissal from our program along with possible other penalties.

Our 'interview' to qualify each lead for you often requires 5 - 10 minutes. We try to be thorough. Why?

... because it's our job. Even in this modern age of email and the Internet, with possibly never meeting face-to-face, as a small principled, relationship-oriented company, we realize long-term, solid relationships are what build business ... yours and ours. We prefer solid, mutually-beneficial relationships with several select contractor partners, rather than perpetually gaining and quickly losing contractor partners. On a case by case basis, we'll do what we can to make it right with you. We're reasonable. Yes, a small minority will try to take unfair advantage of our relaxed lead return policy ... but we choose not to discipline 'the many' for the errors of 'the few'. We know that, by far, the majority of our contractor partners, like yourself, will appreciate our relationship-oriented lead return policy and this will serve each of us well.

How many leads will I receive?

The response rate to our mailings can vary. Initial response rates can be as high as 10% to 20%. However, our verification process weeds out the 'time-wasters'. In the end, you may receive fewer leads, but you'll spend your precious time with higher-caliber, qualified, exclusive leads.

How is billing set up?

When your account is activated your credit card will be billed for the setup fee and first
month's subscription fee. Though our program runs in three month blocks, you will be billed on a monthly basis for the subscription fee and for leads. Billing is set up by credit card, so a credit card must be provided and authorized for use. The billing date will roughly correspond to the date your account is activated. Renewal is automatic for continuous three month blocks.
