Either through our Neighborhood Visibility Program postcard mailings or through your direct promotional efforts, such as doorhangers, the lead responds and requests information, either by phone, email, or online. The request comes directly to our offices through a toll-free number or through our lead generation website ... for you securing the exclusive lead is effortless. Our offices endeavors to contact the lead to ensure that the lead is qualified.

If qualified, next, we package and mail your customized information package to the lead and forward the verified, qualified exclusive lead's information to you.

From there, the ball is in your court ... it’s up to you. We can’t close the deal for you. The most we can do is give you a ‘shot at the title’. And with our contractor exclusive lead generation system, we do everything we can to ‘tilt the playing field’ in your favor.

You have the option of sharing more directly in the exclusive lead generation process.

We can provide you templates of lead generation promotional materials that you can print and distribute yourself, such as doorhangers, flyers or ads. These materials are specifically designed for effective use by our contractor partners, regardless of budget.

And all of the administrative fulfillment of requests for information and the verification/qualification process is still handled by our offices freeing you up to ... keep focused on running your business.

Absolutely, yes. As long as you are current with billing, you actually own the leads generated. They are not shared with anyone else. As a firm rule, any lead generated through our campaign(s) is intended for use only by the contractor that works directly with our company to generate it. The leads are not to be sold, resold, rented, traded or shared in any way. To do so would compromise the integrity of our program and would result in immediate dismissal from our program along with possible other penalties.

We endeavor to make contact by telephone with each and every exclusive lead. During our 'interview', efforts are made to confirm/determine several vital pieces of information:

    1. the 'lead' is actually the homeowner (no more 'renters' requesting information)

    2. the 'homeowner' actually requested the information (no more bogus leads)

    3. the age of the home, to determine if there is a possible (and likely) need for your services (no more roofing replacement leads for a home built six months ago)

    4. the current situation of the lead ... why the homeowner requested the information (no more 'I just wanted to win the toaster' leads)

Our 'interview' to qualify each lead for you often requires 5 - 10 minutes. We try to be thorough. Why?

... because it's our job. Even in this modern age of email and the Internet, with possibly never meeting face-to-face, as a small principled, relationship-oriented company, we realize long-term, solid relationships are what build business ... yours and ours. We prefer solid, mutually-beneficial relationships with several select contractor partners, rather than perpetually gaining and quickly losing contractor partners. That's costly to each party involved and it just isn't good business sense.

Our goal isn't to flood your inbox with leads, but to deliver verified, more highly qualified leads. From time to time, that may mean that there are fewer leads ... but we will not risk our relationship, nor waste your time and money by sending you junk. We're small and intend to manage our growth so that we never lose sight of what makes us successful ... our relationship with you, our contractor partner.

We Don't Haggle Over a Bad Lead

Even with our thorough verification/qualification process, from time to time, a bad lead may slip through the cracks. If you feel this is so, contact us. Let us know. Our good relationship with you is far more valuable than the fee of a lead or two.

On a case by case basis, we'll do what we can to make it right with you. We're reasonable. Yes, a small minority will try to take unfair advantage of our relaxed lead return policy ... but we choose not to discipline 'the many' for the errors of 'the few'. We know that, by far, the majority of our contractor partners, like yourself, will appreciate our relationship-oriented lead return policy and this will serve each of us well.

The response rate to our mailings can vary. Initial response rates can be as high as 10% to 20%. However, our verification process weeds out the 'time-wasters'. In the end, you may receive fewer leads, but you'll spend your precious time with higher-caliber, qualified, exclusive leads.

When your account is activated your credit card will be billed for the setup fee and first
month's subscription fee. Though our program runs in three month blocks, you will be billed on a monthly basis for the subscription fee and for leads. Billing is set up by credit card, so a credit card must be provided and authorized for use. The billing date will roughly correspond to the date your account is activated. Renewal is automatic for continuous three month blocks.
